    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Post-Acute Provider Services Practice Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of post-acute provider support services. The Provider Services and Contracts Manager ensures effective operations of the Rehab Hospital, Hospice and PACE medical providers by managing daily operations, activities and initiatives of the group. Supervision of the Coordinator - Rehab Physician Services. Responsible for development and maintenance of all CarePartners vendor contracts through initial negotiation, drafts and final signed documents. This position also establishes and maintains processes that ensure accurate and timely filing of facility credentialing documentation for the post-acute business lines. Other duties as assigned.

    Essential Accountabilities:

    + Provider Services Manager provides leadership by ensuring the smooth, organized and efficient operations for the Rehab Hospital, Hospice and PACE medical staff members.

    + Maintains the Vendor Contracting Process.

    + Coordinates Facility Credentialing.

    + Recruits, welcomes and encourages new employees to be successful, by creating a friendly and supportive environment that promotes growth and learning in order to retain and acclimate colleagues to the Mission Health culture.

    What qualifications you will need:

    **Required Education:** Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Health Care Related Field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required

    **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Accounting, Health Care Related Field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

    **Required Experience:** Five years’ experience in health care

    **Preferred Experience:** Paralegal experience
