Job Summary and Qualifications

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and relationship-building in the healthcare space? Join our team as a Occupational Medicine Care Manager, where you'll drive the success of our Occupational Medicine and Work Comp programs, collaborate with key partners, and support clinic operations that make a lasting impact on workforce health.

As an Occupation Medicine Care Manager, you will:

+ Lead and support drug screen staff and corporate account specialists across urgent care clinics.

+ Oversee day-to-day operations of occupational medicine programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

+ Build strong partnerships with vendors (e.g., eScreen, Practice Velocity) to maintain system setups and protocol functionality.

+ Coordinate with TPAs and insurance partners to establish pricing and support external market access.

+ Develop and share clear communication tools, such as job aids and internal memos.

+ Analyze process flows and recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.

+ Track key metrics and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

+ Prepare reports to support department goals and communicate outcomes to leadership.

+ Collaborate with market representatives to train staff on employer protocols and best practices.

+ Contribute to special projects and initiatives supporting the growth of Occupational Medicine services.

You Should Have:

+ Bachelor’s degree (required).

+ Prior experience in a medical or occupational health setting (preferred).

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create polished presentations and reports.

+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

+ Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to comply with state driving laws.

+ Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
