    Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking a  **Principal** **/ Sr. Principal Factory Change Management Lead Engineer** . This position is located at the Linthicum, MD location.

    What** **You’ll** **get to Do:

    + Create procedures and best practices for implementing controlled changes for various components within a new Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system. Components include but are not limited to Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Document Control, product specification limit management, operating procedure and certification management

    + Implement and lead a standardized change control board tocommunicate and validate planned changes with varying groups of stakeholders

    + Lead projects aimed at optimizing and standardizingfactory system setup procedures, change implementation and training plans

    + Create and maintainschedule for implementing various QMS components

    + Work collaborativelywith other engineering teams to understand the needs for change control

     

    _This is a dual level requisition which can be filled as a_ **Principal** _or Sr._ **Principal Factory Change Management Lead Engineer**

    Basic Qualifications** **for Principal Factory Change Management Lead Engineer** **:

    + A degree in a STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with a minimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with a master’s degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD

    + Able to support execution of Statement of Work (SOW) components with vendors

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present frequent updates to management

    + Experience with modern automated factory systems in a semiconductor or microelectronics fab

    + Experience with business processes, best practices, andQuality Management System (QMS) components for managing changes in a semiconductor or microelectronics fabrication line

    + Must be willing to work on site 100% of time

    + Limited travel to local Northrop Grumman facilities may be required

    + This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen

    + Must be able to obtain and maintaina US government security clearance per business requirements

    + A degree in a STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with a minimum of 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of experience with a master’s degree, or 4 years of experience with a PhD

    + Able to support execution of Statement of Work (SOW) components with vendors

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present frequent updates to management

    + Experience with modern automated factory systems in a semiconductor or microelectronics fab

    + Experience with business processes, best practices, andQuality Management System (QMS) components for managing changes in a semiconductor or microelectronics fabrication line

    + Must be willing to work on site 100% of time

    + Limited travel to local Northrop Grumman facilities may be required

    + This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen

    + Must be able to obtain and maintaina US government security clearance per business requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Active US government security clearance per business requirements

    + Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate meetings

    + Experience with starting up a modern automatedor semi-automated new semiconductor manufacturing line

    + Experience with implementing new change management procedures

    + Experienced with implementing new QMS components

    + Deep understanding of how MES integrates with broader systems in a Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) architecture including but not limited to Fault Detection, Equipment Integration, Recipe Management, Statistical Process Control, Advanced Process Control, Inventory, etc.

    + Has worked with Applied Materials SmartFactory CIM solution

    + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software tools, i.e. Atlassian tools stack - Jira, Confluence

     

    Salary Range: $105,400.00 - $158,000.00Salary Range 2: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
