As a **Security Officer - Media Facility** in **Denver, CO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with fire-related protocols, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with others and upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity. Your role is essential in supporting a secure and supportive environment for all employees and visitors at this dynamic location.

Sat06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observing for any unusual circumstances.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Fire Safety Professional certification or equivalent experience is required.

+ County of Denver Unarmed Security Professional License is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
