Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and ensure smooth hardware deployment and maintenance. Based in Lewis Center, Ohio, this long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

• Perform imaging and deployment of computer hardware to meet organizational needs.

• Manage Tier 1 support tasks such as resolving basic technical issues and troubleshooting system problems.

• Facilitate hardware refresh processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.

• Assist with data transfer operations to ensure secure and efficient migration of information.

• Provide support for Microsoft technologies, addressing user concerns and maintaining system functionality.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Document and track technical issues, providing detailed resolutions to ensure long-term reliability.

• Offer hands-on assistance for hardware installations and configurations.

• Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their concerns.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in computer hardware deployment and imaging.

• Understanding of Tier 1 support duties, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and their practical applications.

• Ability to perform data transfer operations securely and efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities to interact with users effectively.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
