    Description

    Looking for an HR Generalist for a Contract-to-Permanent position. The role requires experience in payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, along with a proactive approach to supporting organizational events and wellness programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee front-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing using Paycor software.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, compliance, and issue resolution.

    • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to support decision-making and organizational planning.

    • Coordinate wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.

    • Plan and execute company events, fostering employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA.

    • Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to staff and management.

    • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency in payroll management systems, preferably Paycor.

    • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements.

    • Familiarity with employee relations practices and FMLA regulations.

    • Demonstrated ability to organize corporate events and wellness programs.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
