    Robert Half Office Team (Seattle, WA)


    Description We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee donor relations programs and manage direct mail campaigns, while developing impactful communication strategies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance donor engagement and organizational growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead donor relations initiatives, focusing on non-major and direct mail donors to foster strong relationships.

    • Manage third-party direct mail campaigns, ensuring accurate data exports, reporting, and analysis.

    • Maintain precise accounting data entry to ensure timely revenue tracking.

    • Create and implement engaging communication materials, including annual reports, fundraising campaigns, and appeals.

    • Develop strategies for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting mid-level donors, managing a portfolio of 75-100 individuals.

    • Oversee dashboards and databases to monitor donor relations and compile comprehensive reports.

    • Enhance individual giving campaigns to maximize donor contributions and engagement.

    • Supervise, train, and evaluate team members to build a collaborative and productive work environment.

    • Represent the program to both internal and external audiences, fostering positive relationships.

    • Manage budgets and financial operations, including donation coding and invoice approvals. Requirements • Proven experience in donor relations, campaign planning, or fundraising activities.

    • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, and tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Suite.

    • Strong accounting and budgeting skills, with knowledge of financial systems.

    • Ability to develop impactful communication materials across a variety of mediums.

    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

    • Analytical abilities to compile and interpret data for reporting purposes.
