Description We are looking for a Claims Representative Associate to join our team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with medical billing operations, ensuring accurate claims processing, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This is a long-term contract position with consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and review medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy for claim submissions.

• Process and submit claims to insurance companies in a timely and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to resolve claim discrepancies.

• Utilize Epic software for managing patient records and claims processing (training provided if necessary).

• Maintain detailed documentation of claims and communication for auditing purposes.

• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure consistency in claims administration.

• Adhere to policies and procedures related to TRICARE and other healthcare programs.

• Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure seamless integration into the claims process.

• Conduct interviews with patients or providers when additional information is required to process claims.

• Work closely within shared services to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Requirements • Previous experience in medical billing or claims administration within the healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with insurance company procedures and healthcare regulations.

• Proficiency in Epic software is a plus, though training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams, including offshore and shared services.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with providers, patients, and insurance representatives.

• Knowledge of TRICARE or similar healthcare programs is advantageous.

• Availability to work scheduled hours, including initial training sessions.
