Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to C-suite leadership in Dayton, Ohio. This Contract role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling critical projects while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and responding to appointment requests.
• Process expense reports by reconciling corporate card transactions and matching receipts on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with external partners to drive progress on high-priority projects.
• Prepare and update materials required for weekly team meetings and executive reviews.
• Assist in organizing retreats and board meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and logistics are in place.
• Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and car services.
• Handle invoices and ensure accurate processing.
• Support major initiatives such as board-approved renovations by managing files and facilitating communication.
• Utilize tools like Office Suite, Concur, Acrobat, and SharePoint to generate reports and maintain databases.
• Keep the executive on track with deadlines, priorities, and commitments.

Requirements • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with project coordination and meeting preparation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of tools such as Slack, Acrobat, SharePoint, and Zoom for collaboration and documentation. TalentMatch®
