    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This hybrid Contract to permanent position offers a dynamic work environment where you will primarily work remotely, with occasional in-office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling high-volume transactions, collaborating with team members, and maintaining strong communication with vendors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage invoicing operations with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Apply cash payments and reconcile accounts to ensure proper allocation.

    • Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

    • Collaborate closely with team members to support overall accounts receivable functions.

    • Perform administrative tasks as needed during in-office days, such as handling mail.

    • Analyze and manipulate data using Excel for reporting and reconciliation purposes.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while processing financial activities.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

    • Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data.

    • Strong communication abilities to work effectively with vendors and team members.

    • Familiarity with handling cash applications and billing functions.

    • Ability to manage high transaction volumes with attention to detail.

    • Experience with ERP systems or financial services tools is preferred.

    • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
