Nutrition Assistant Essential Job Duties:

+ Oversee procurement of food, supplies, and equipment for Nutrition Services.

+ Maintain and update data in the CBORD system for inventory and production.

+ Inspect food and supplies for quality and compliance with specifications.

+ Collaborate with leadership on procurement priorities and budgets.

+ Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain confidentiality.

+ Provide courteous and professional guest relations.

Education, Training & Experience

+ Associate degree preferred in related field.

+ Purchasing experience required.

+ Basic accounting and good computer skills required.

+ Food service experience preferred.

+ Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people.

+ Must be accomplished in written and verbal communication.

+ Must have exceptional follow-up skills.

+ Must have keyboarding skills.

+ Flexible in work schedule including travel.
