    Job Purpose

     

    We are seeking a driven **Account** **Representative** to support our sales operations by managing customer accounts, generating quotes, and facilitating the product development process. This is a great opportunity to represent a global leader in high-performance polymers used across medical, semiconductor, aerospace, and industrial markets.

    Principal Accountabilities

    + Provide accurate quotes and manage order entry

    + Support Key Account Managers with business development initiatives

    + Assist with design change evaluations and blueprint analysis

    + Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage tasks through ERP systems

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)

    + 2+ years of sales or customer support experience

    + Familiarity with conceptual drawings, blueprints, and supply chain processes

    + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

    + Experience in high-tech sectors such as medical, aerospace, or semiconductors is a plus

    + **The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $83,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
