    Job Responsibilities

    + Plan, develop, and implement marketing projects for assigned areas of the business.

    + Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders and develop marketing plans that align strategies of the customer and the company initiatives.

    + Coordinate the development of campaigns and tactics including digital, collateral, and social media.

    + Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans.

    + Develop and maintain detailed marketing plans, project plans and schedules.

    + Identify dependencies and critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.

    + Execute deliverables and establish project measurements for success.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, along with previous retail or direct marketing experience is preferred.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and organizational skills are needed.

    + Outstanding interpersonal skills are required.

    + Occasional travel is necessary.
