    Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities

    + Determines appropriate workload for machining assets and assigns appropriate amount of work to those assets.

    + Works with shop floor management to understand shop metrics, investigates anomalies within key metrics.

    + Reports capacity constraints, and evaluates potential mitigation actions for those constraints.

    + Works within Excel and SAP to present data in a meaningful way.

    + Performs day to day level loading and shop floor scheduling.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + 0-2 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably within an aerospace manufacturing environment.

    + Experience working with capacity planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP or similar systems.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and database management.

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering capacity.
