    We're seeking an Integrated Marketing Strategist who merges strategic vision with creative execution to drive brand visibility and product promotion across all channels. This role combines content marketing, visual communication, digital strategy, and event coordination—working cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams.

     

    The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in crafting compelling content and designing on-brand visual assets, with the technical acumen to translate complex product details into accessible marketing material. This position also plays a pivotal role in planning and executing trade shows and supporting BRECOflex’s continuous improvement under ISO 9001 standards.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.

    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.

    • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and keyword research.

    • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Webflow (or other CMS), and social media management platforms.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Interest in or ability to understand technical/engineering concepts is a plus.

    • Experience in coordinating trade show presence, from pre-event strategy to post-show follow-up

    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Analytics

     

    + Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

    + Conduct market research and track KPIs to refine campaigns and increase ROI.

     

    Content Development & Management

     

    + Create technical and promotional content for digital, print, and multimedia formats.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand voice.

    + Create content for social media calendars for multiple platforms.

     

    Creative Design

     

    + Support Designers with building print and digital assets including brochures, social media graphics, trade show materials, and email layouts.

    + Maintain consistency in visual branding using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

    + Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all creativity is aligned within brand guidelines.

     

    Digital Marketing

     

    + Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and web content.

    + Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Lead Forensics and CRM platforms.

     

    Event & Trade Show Coordination

     

    + Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows and promotional events.

    + Support the team in company events and product launches.

    + Design event materials and support lead generation initiatives.

     

    Cross-functional Collaboration

     

    + Partner with sales and engineering to tailor marketing initiatives to technical audiences.

    + Act as a marketing liaison for internal training and brand education.

     

    ISO 9001 & Continuous Improvement

     

    + Incorporate ISO standards into all marketing functions.

    + Propose process improvements in line with BRECOflex’s quality goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

    + 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B or industrial marketing.

    + Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with technical fluency.

    + Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

    + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow).

    + Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

    + Knowledge of or experience in coordinating trade show presence, from pre-event strategy to post-show follow-up.

    + Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    Physical/Environmental:

    • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for long periods of time.

    • Temperature controlled office

    • Must be able to travel to events.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000.00 (based on experience)
