    Adecco is currently seeking a **Clerical Assistant** for our client, a respected CPA office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail to transition into a long-term role.

    Responsibilities:

    + General clerical support including filing and document organization

    + Data entry and computer-based tasks (tech-savvy preferred)

    + Reading and handling handwritten documents, including cursive

    + Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties (a plus, not required)

    + Interacting professionally with clients and internal staff

    + Supporting office operations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

    Qualifications:

    + Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

    + Solid computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Friendly and professional demeanor with strong people skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive financial documents with discretion

    + Bookkeeping experience is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
