Key Responsibilities:
+ Reconcile resident accounts and coordinate with property management.
+ Manage collections, refunds, and payment plans for former tenants.
+ Ensure compliance with state notification laws.
+ Invoice affiliated nonprofits and handle inter-agency receivables.
+ Prepare financial reports (rent rolls, aged receivables).
+ Maintain accurate records of receivable activity.
Qualifications:
+ Associate degree in accounting (or near completion) + 2 years of experience.
+ Accounts receivable and collections experience.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables).
+ General ledger knowledge (journal entries, debits, credits, reconciliations).
+ Experience in affordable housing, government, nonprofit, or multi-family real estate (preferred).
+ Familiarity with Elite Software (a plus).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.57 - $25.93/hr.
