Job Description
The role of a Contract Administrator involves providing engineering services and analytic support to various high-profile entities including the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. This position demands systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet emerging National Defense needs. The goal is to support the mission of protecting U.S. citizens and military forces both domestically and abroad.
Responsibilities
+ Provide general contract administration support.
+ Prepare data-call responses for Government approval.
+ Prepare reports as directed by the Contracting Officer, Team Chief, or Senior Contracting Officer.
+ Adhere to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards.
+ Interface with financial management systems such as FIRsT and NEAR Reports.
+ Maintain contract files in compliance with regulations.
+ Prepare contract awards and modifications in accordance with NAM/FAR for Contracting Officer review and signature.
+ Develop, edit, review, and maintain all contractual documentation including pre-negotiation and price negotiation memorandums, Statements of Work, Justifications and Approvals, and acquisition plans.
+ Collect and analyze market information to identify possible sources and prepare Market Research reports.
+ Analyze and document cash flow considerations and recommend appropriate contract types.
+ Recommend contracting methods based on customer requirements.
+ Identify appropriate methods for publicizing procurement.
Essential Skills
+ Contract administration expertise.
+ Experience in procurement and contracts management.
+ Purchasing proficiency.
+ TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.
+ At least 4 years of relevant experience in the contracts field supporting the government.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.

+ Desired experience with contracts in government support.
Work Environment
The position is based in Chantilly, VA, with a requirement to report to the work location up to full-time, contingent on client needs. The work environment is dynamic and offers opportunities for advancement while contributing to national security projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
