Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)
About the Role:
Aston Carter is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of comprehensive HR experience and hands-on proficiency with UKG software. In this pivotal role, you will manage a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Track job requisitions for new and replacement positions and manage recruitment postings.
+ Partner with managers in all phases of the hiring process—from screening to extending offers.
+ Conduct interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and issue offer letters.
+ Investigate employee concerns and ensure timely, confidential resolution.
+ Assist in performance management processes, including coaching plans and documentation.
+ Lead new hire onboarding and orientation; maintain accurate personnel records.
+ Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
+ Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, and HR-related matters.
+ Prepare reports related to HR and payroll functions.
+ Foster collaboration between HR and healthcare teams through communication and problem-solving.
+ Stay current with HR best practices and regulations; maintain compliance with HIPAA policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience.
+ UKG software experience is required.
+ Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism.
+ Proven dependability, flexibility, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a healthcare or medical human resources environment would be a plus.
+ Familiarity with HR regulations, documentation standards, and executive support functions.
+ High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred).
Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $31.00/hr.
