We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with in-house creative and copy teams, as well as ad agencies, to promote our brand and capabilities. This role involves strategic relationship building, market research, and driving go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Visit potential customers to promote the brand and capabilities.
+ Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players and agencies.
+ Collaborate with Point of Sales teams on product marketing and pre-sales support.
+ Drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for solutions and industries.
+ Coordinate across departments to develop and introduce new solutions.
+ Conduct and manage market research to identify unmet market needs.
+ Develop and implement market segment roadmaps to accelerate business development and growth.
+ Contribute to profitable business planning.
+ Manage and identify prioritization of customer needs and assist in project management and launch activities.
+ Accountable for the innovation efficiency of the R&D pipeline, including marketing aspects of the product launch process.
Essential Skills
+ Account management and business development expertise.
+ 3+ years of supervisory experience.
+ Experience in marketing campaigns and strategy development.
+ Proficiency in direct marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation.
+ Strong creative marketing writing and presentation skills.
+ Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Picture.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to manage and prioritize customer needs.
+ Capability to develop value propositions for new products and target pricing strategies.
+ Strong writing and content creation skills.
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office located above the manufacturing floor. This position involves significant fieldwork; the candidate is expected to actively seek new business, meet clients, and build relationships. There will be opportunities for cross-state travel, attending conventions, with all expenses covered.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $50.49/hr.
