    Responsibilities

    JOIN US NOW as our RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT is seeking a dynamic ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment to be responsible for performing complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support for senior level executive(s) under little to no supervision. With strong organizational skills, English grammar, typing and excellent verbal and written communication skills this position works Monday-Friday during normal business hours and allows for the ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in a multi-tasking environment.

     

    Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Five (5) years administrative assistant experience required. HS Diploma/GED, college level business coursework, thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and five years related experience at the senior level required. Healthcare or Hospital experience highly preferred.

    Pay Range

    $22.95 - $33.28 /hour
