    Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Development Engineer (R2-R3) to lead process development efforts for parenteral drug products. Drive the development of bioproduct dosage forms and participate in formulation projects. Define and develop manufacturing processes for clinical trials and commercial markets, establishing control strategies and supporting regulatory submissions. Assist in clinical trial operations, facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing sites, and support data generation and materials characterization. Evaluate clinical trial formulations and processes to determine viability of commercial platforms. #LI-DNI

     

    Position requires a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field and 2 years of academic or employment experience with design of experiments (DoE) and scale-up processes. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with analytical techniques for the characterization of synthetic or biomolecules. including HPLC, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopy; 2 years of experience with design of equipment and manufacturing processes; 2 years of experience with wet-lab chemistry; and 2 years of experience with computational modeling, data analysis, or statistical modeling.     Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

     

    $104,000

     

    Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
