Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of machinery within an industrial environment. You will be responsible for both preventive maintenance and addressing reactive maintenance when machinery requires immediate attention.
Responsibilities
+ Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
+ Respond to reactive maintenance needs promptly when equipment breaks down.
+ Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
+ Utilize your knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to maintain and repair machinery.
+ Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting to achieve maintenance goals.
+ Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to report maintenance issues and solutions.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
+ Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics troubleshooting.
+ Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work overtime as needed.
+ Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively.
+ Computer literacy for documentation and reporting purposes.
+ Must provide own hand tools for job responsibilities.

Work Environment
Work within a dynamic industrial setting with hours from Monday to Friday, either 7 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM. Expect a hands-on role where you will engage directly with equipment and machinery, adhering to safety protocols. Dress code is casual, suitable for industrial activities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
