Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The role involves troubleshooting robotics, basic programming, and repairing metal stamping presses. You will be expected to read ladder logic for PLC troubleshooting and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

+ Troubleshoot robotics and perform basic programming.

+ Repair metal stamping presses.

+ Read ladder logic to troubleshoot PLCs.

+ Perform preventative maintenance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.

Ideal candidate would possess and can satisfactorily demonstrate in-depth electrical, mechanical, and fluid power, blueprint reading and comprehension skills. Must be able to install advanced electric wiring and be able to understand PLC Ladder and I/O diagrams. The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of (3) three years industrial experience and/or in a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced Motor Controls, Servo/VFD Drives

• Electrical Diagram Reading

• Relay Circuit Troubleshooting/Wiring

• Machine PLC Troubleshooting

• Basic PLC Programming (I/O Re-assignment)

• Robots/Troubleshooting

• Resistance Welding Control

• Basic Computer Skills (Windows Operating System, File Control, etc.)

• Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Troubleshooting
