Summary:
Huntington is seeking an Analyst to support the Treasury Liquidity - ILST Team within Corporate Treasury. The qualified individual will provide analytical support to Management within the Liquidity and Funding Team with a focus on internal liquidity stress testing (ILST). Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Support the production and review of the ILST on a monthly basis
+ Leverage experience with SQL, Python, SAS or other programming languages to support the ongoing enhancement of the ILST modeling processes, product segmentation, assumptions calibration, and reporting capabilities, and perform ad hoc analysis
+ Support liquidity risk limit calibration processes driven by ILST results and liquidity risk drivers measured by ILST
+ Prepare ILST results and period over period analysis for presentation to governance committees
+ Execute periodic ILST model sensitivity testing and performance monitoring procedures
+ Coordinate across Treasury, Finance, Business Lines, and IT/Data teams for qualitative information and data requirements to support ILST modeling, assumptions calibration, and sensitivity testing
+ Support ongoing enhancement of ILST model and data in light of FR2052a, short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting, and ALM modeling processes and tools
+ Participate in meetings with Senior Management, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and other key stakeholders
+ Support ongoing compliance with the Liquidity Risk Framework and Contingency Funding Plan along with colleagues across the Liquidity and Funding Team
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, SAS or other programming languages
+ Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring outcomes forward in a thoughtful manner and summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity
+ Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or other programming languages
+ Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with multiple, competing priorities
+ Knowledge of financial institution balance sheets, funding and liquidity, and familiarity with regulatory guidance regarding liquidity management (e.g., Reg. YY) a plus

Compensation Range:
$57000-$113000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
