The Patient's Compensation Fund is self-funded state entity, operating independently of the main state budget, and governed by the PCF Oversight Board. The section is also responsible for different stages of the panel process, and responses to various credentialing agencies. The incumbent is also required to offer input and analysis for reports as requested by the Executive Director or PCF Oversight Board.
