The Job You Will Perform:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position involves analyzing market trends, monitoring industry performance, and providing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include:

+ Provide regular competitive and market intelligence updates and insights to commercial teams as part of monthly market view activities

+ Collect, analyze, and interpret complex pulp and absorbent hygiene product datasets

+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

+ Utilize advanced data analytics tools and software to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities

+ Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies with data insights

+ Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization

+ Collaborate with industry consultants to gather insights from global pulp markets, absorbent hygiene products, and macroeconomic drivers

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business or a related field

+ 3-5 years of related experience required, industry experience preferred

+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
