Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the strategic roadmap for member engagement with a focus on retention, lifetime value, and campaign performance.
+ Execute marketing campaigns across Email, Direct Mail, Digital, POS, additional owned and Paid channels with a unified, omnichannel mindset.
+ Lead the end-to-end process—from concepting to final asset delivery—in collaboration with internal teams.
+ Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution aligned to key business milestones.
+ Apply a test-and-learn approach to optimize campaigns through continuous experimentation and data insights.
+ Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to develop campaigns tailored to distinct member groups, including new and tenured audiences.
+ Partner with Analytics to track, report, and leverage data for smarter targeting and continuous improvement.
+ Work cross-functionally with Creative, IT, Operations, and Brand teams to align execution and messaging.
+ Support field team efforts to activate engagement and retention programs in club.
+ Manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring accuracy, fiscal responsibility, and effective resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in marketing; experience in membership, subscription, retail, or service-based industries preferred.
+ Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple initiatives and timelines.
+ Demonstrated success using data and insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
+ Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
+ Creative and analytical thinking with a deep passion for improving the customer experience.
+ A curious, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
+ CRM or marketing automation platform experience a plus.
+ Experience managing marketing budgets is preferred.
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $76,000.00.
