As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintenance planning and scheduling, supporting departmental short range and long-range planning as well as planned and unplanned outages with precision and expertise. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Gas Plant Operations, Reliability and Planning, you’ll ensure planning maintenance projects drives operational success and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

+ Develop and coordinate master schedules for planned and forced outages, ensuring efficient execution and seamless collaboration across plant teams and vendors.

+ Facilitate pre- and post-outage meetings, manage logistics, deliveries, and site preparation to set every project up for success.

+ Facilitate policies and procedures to maintain accurate maintenance records and data within the CMMS while serving as the Gas Plant Operations Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Champion.

What you’ll need:

+ Associate’s degree in power plant technology or maintenance planning (preferred, not required).

+ Experience with P6 or Microsoft Planner and strong Microsoft Office skills.

+ 3-5 years of power plant operations/maintenance experience, including long-range and short-range planning.

Ready to roll up your sleeves for occasional off-hours work, site visits (PPE required), and travel (up to 20%). Willing to navigate industrial environments—heat, cold, noise, and moving machinery included!
