Mailroom/Data Entry Clerk

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (paid WEEKLY + Benefits)

Schedule: FULL TIME – Monday- Friday 9AM-6PM OR 11am-8pm

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Skills/Qualifications

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to work 40 hours/week

Job Description:

+ Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.

+ Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of documentation and mail.

+ Filing and organizing paper documents

+ Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services.

+ Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution

+ Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
