FULLY ON SITE (5 DAYS A WEEK, NO EXCEPTIONS) DURING TRAINING, HYBRID AFTER TRAINING
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused Sales Order Support Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for playing a critical part in supporting a designated sales region by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Support
+ Ensure total satisfaction for customers and sales representatives in all aspects of order management.
+ Provide prompt, high-quality service for order entry, conversions, date matching, expedites, temporary requests, warranty replacements, sample orders, and general troubleshooting.
+ Respond quickly and effectively to sales rep inquiries and requests, ensuring resolution in line with company standards.
+ Perform administrative duties, generate reports, and support special projects related to capital sales.
+ Meet all training, documentation, and productivity tracking requirements.
Order Management & Accuracy
+ Follow standardized order entry processes to ensure 100% accuracy across all submission channels (phone, electronic, fax).
+ Manage and communicate changes to scheduled delivery dates for capital equipment.
+ Maintain accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Communication
+ Serve as a liaison between sales reps, regional managers, and internal departments (IBP, Scheduling, AR, Service Parts, Marketing).
+ Relay all relevant customer and sales force communications to internal teams.
Backup Support & Problem Solving
+ Build strong relationships and foster teamwork across departments.
+ Provide backup support to the Customer Support team as needed.
+ Effectively prioritize tasks and adjust as needed to meet shifting demands.
+ Identify and report productivity issues to support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional certification or relevant education is a plus.
+ 2+ years of experience in customer service, sale support, order management, or administrative roles.
+ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
+ Familiarity with order entry systems and standardized data entry processes.
+ Ability to generate and interpret reports to support business operations.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Willingness to provide backup support and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Metrics: You are evaluated on orders being converted within 4 hours
Salesforce: Email to case- Pulling all orders from the system within 24 hours
Case audits: You will pull random orders and communication on orders to ensure they are following the proper procedures and offer improvement tips if needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
