    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **RN-Critical Care** to work at a Facility in **Los Angeles, CA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $60 / hour

    *W2

    Shift Details:

    + 12 hrs

    + Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

    + Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays

    Nursing Specialty Recent Experience:

    + Level 1 Trauma Critical Care (Required)

    Duties:

    + Monitor critically ill patients and respond quickly to changes in condition

    + Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes

    + Administer medications and IV drips accurately and on schedule

    + Perform frequent, detailed assessments and document findings clearly

    + Work closely with doctors and the care team to plan and adjust treatment

    + Provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful times

    + Follow strict infection control and patient safety procedures

    + Handle emergency situations like cardiac arrest with calm and skill

    + Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and recovery

    + Keep accurate records in electronic medical systems

    The requirements are:

    + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

    + A valid and current RN license issued by the State of **CA**

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
