Support Staff Administrative Coordinator: Part-Time
The Support Staff Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support and coordination for Support Staff activities including scheduling, documentation, training compliance, and communication between staff, management and families. This role supports efficient program operations and compliance with agency and Medicaid requirements, and is responsible for Support Staff scheduling for the Jonathan Sinay Building.
+ Assist the Support Staff Manager with staff and client scheduling, ensuring coverage aligns with program needs.
+ Track and review client documentation, mandatory training records and in-service completion.
+ Conduct email and phone follow-up with Support Staff to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
+ Assist in composing and administering performance reviews, onboarding, and other HR-related documentation.
+ Collaborate with Support Staff Manager on staff-related administrative issues and logistics.
+ Maintain accurate records and files related to staff performance, client interactions and incidents.
+ Support coordination of mandatory in-services and trainings for staff compliance.
+ Provide administrative assistance to the Support Staff Manager as needed.
+ Participate in meetings and assist with communication flow between Support Staff, Support Staff Field Coordinator, and management.
+ Onboard, schedule and track Support Staff hired on behalf of the Jonathan Sinay Building.
+ Substitute for Support Staff in the field when necessary.
