THE JOB
Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Manager of Digital Planning & Strategy to support the development and execution of digital media campaigns across high-profile brand partnerships. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and internal teams to ensure campaign plans are accurate, aligned, and delivered effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid grasp of the digital media ecosystem and a passion for live entertainment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Pre-Sale Responsibilities
+ Respond to RFPs from National and Local Sales teams.
+ Join kickoff calls with Sales and Marketing to align on campaign goals.
+ Develop comprehensive and strategic digital media plans in collaboration with other departments.
+ Provide supporting materials to Sales including audience profiles, specs, and timelines.
+ Review Insertion Orders (IOs) before they are submitted to senior management for approval.
Post-Sale (Internal Coordination)
+ Share finalized campaign details with Finance and internal teams.
+ Submit booking requests and coordinate with trafficking, ad ops, and planning teams.
+ Schedule and lead internal campaign kickoff calls.
+ Monitor campaign delivery and performance; ensure timely optimizations in collaboration with execution teams.
+ Collect and send monthly billing data to Finance.
+ Build campaign wrap reports highlighting insights, performance, and future recommendations.
Post-Sale (Client Management)
+ Gather and traffic all creative assets from clients and agencies.
+ Confirm campaign launches and send screenshots within 48 hours.
+ Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring all deliverables are met.
+ Communicate campaign optimizations or changes with clients as needed.
+ Manage updates to campaign plans, IOs, and creative assets.
+ Deliver performance reports to clients at regular intervals based on agreement.
Additional Responsibilities
+ Join client calls and meetings with Sales as needed.
+ Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
+ 3–5 years of digital media planning or strategy experience, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment.
+ Hands-on experience building digital media plans and working across internal departments.
+ Experience managing post-sale execution including optimizations, billing, and reporting.
+ Solid understanding of digital media channels including display, video, social, and programmatic.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of juggling multiple campaigns at once.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools/platforms.
+ Attention to detail with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
+ Passion for live entertainment and the digital advertising space.
