• Payroll Analyst - Hybrid

    Responsible for all clerical and statistical functions required to generate payroll checks and make tax payments.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    1. Executes end to end payroll process with accuracy utilizing payroll audits and documented processes.

    2. Documents and produces necessary reports and procedures for payroll.

    3. Completes government reports and employment forms when necessary. Support month end process with needed journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.

    4. Notifies employees of garnishments received and submits copies of garnishments to necessary department based on regulatory requirements.

    5. Serves as the SME & Administrator for payroll. Point of contact for all payroll related employee questions, provides superior customer service and real-time assistance.

    6. Maintains and ensures the integrity and confidentiality of all employee files

    7. Supports testing and implementation of new processes and procedures on our TEST system. Supports implementation of new processes and procedures

    8. Balances payroll figures quarterly and at year-end. Assist with reports and distribution of W2s and other annual reporting both quarterly and year-end.
