    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a Credit Services Administrator or Loan Analyst to support a high-priority project, with a critical focus on accurately onboarding and validating commercial credit facilities in AFS. This is a first-line execution role designed to remediate items and ensure clean, auditable data by the August 15 deadline. Candidates must have prior experience with onboarding credit, a strong understanding of credit agreements, covenants, and term structures, and be comfortable with contract interpretation and loan data validation. This is a confidential project with mandatory background screening (including fingerprinting). Laptops will be shipped for remote work.

    Essential Duties:

    • Lead setup, onboarding, and activation of commercial credit facilities in AFS.

    • Interpret open credit agreements governed under U.S. law; validate key terms such as loan duration (e.g., 12-month terms) and attached covenants.

    • Review and confirm documentation supporting FR Y-14Q and FR Y-9C reporting.

    • Validate H1/H2 field population for data accuracy.

    • Support and work closely with Credit Services, Loan Operations, and Finance.

    • Execute a detailed volume-based review exercise; ensure each facility is accurately reflected in the system.

    • Track and resolve discrepancies between credit documents and system records.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience with commercial credit facilities, including loan onboarding and documentation review.

    • Ability to read and interpret complex credit agreements and amendments.

    • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, particularly FR Y-14Q and Y-9C.

    • Experience working in loan operations, credit administration, or credit services.

    • High attention to detail, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

    • Comfortable working under aggressive timelines (target August 15 completion).

    Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

    • Experience with AFS is highly preferred.

    • Background with banking institutions.

     

    Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

    Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40 – 52.
