Ameresco has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Ensuring that all warehouse operations adhere to quality control standards and procedures.

+ Inspecting and testing products to verify they meet quality specifications.

+ Maintaining accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality control activities.

+ Identifying and addressing recurring quality issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them.

+ Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse

+ Training warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

+ Communicating quality issues and concerns to customers and management.

+ Conducting regular audits to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

+ Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

+ Supervise and mentor employees, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ GED or High School Diploma

+ Minimum of 3+ years’ experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management

+ Valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing.

+ U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Additional Qualifications:

+ Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, and lift 100+ lbs. without assistance.

+ Strong verbal, written, computer communication (MS Office) and interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
