Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pega Decisioning Consultant to join our Digital Experience Platform team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning (v8 or higher), a strong background in BPM and UI, and a proven track record in delivering transformative change within the financial services industry. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting omni-channel decisioning solutions that drive personalized customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor and support omni-channel decisioning solutions aligned with business goals.
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Pega Decisioning architecture, providing technical guidance and best practices.
+ Design, configure, and test rules, flows, propositions, and Decision Logic in the Pega platform.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable decisioning logic.
+ Triage and support business execution in the build-out, validation, and delivery of actions via Operations Manager.
+ Maintain and manage reference data for decisioning logic, including offer compatibility.
+ Draft and execute SQL queries to analyze and debug customer interaction data.
+ Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
+ Evangelize the platform and unlock new capabilities in the Pega-driven Customer Engagement Engine.
+ Contribute to large-scale planning, strategy reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Create and maintain post-implementation support documentation .
Required Qualifications:
+ Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant.
+ Experience with Pega version 8 or higher, including BPM and UI components.
+ Proven experience in the financial services industry.
+ Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation.
+ Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze complex data relationships.
+ Experience with UAT, debugging, and customer data analysis.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and partnering abilities.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
