**Job Title:** **Infrastructure** Managed Services Service Delivery Transformation Director
**Location:** Austin, Dallas or Houston TX preferred. Will be required to work a hybrid work model (in office/WFH).
**Travel:** **10-25% including local** travel within Ausin. If not local to Austin, TX 50% travel will be required.
Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Leader is the single point of contact for newly won client infrastructure managed services delivery activities including but not limited to delivery team leadership, client relationship/satisfaction, SLA’s, P&L, and contract management. This service delivery leader will need to transform existing delivery to incorporate latest enterprise architecture, enterprise data management, AI/automation into the delivery and the effect Service Leadership into a multi sourced environment.
Job Description:
+ **Strategic leader** of our Multi-sourcing Services Integration (MSI) services **who owns the strategy and direction for a $500M** ecosystem of providers.
+ Drive ongoing delivery and improvement of the MSI services, including the transformation of our existing delivery to the new future capabilities.
+ **Coordination of all service delivery activities, acts a single point of contact for the client and Capgemini including** SLA Implementation/Performance Reporting
+ Participates in the development of service delivery solutions presented to new and existing clients including **further service/project opportunities to grow business & revenue**
+ Manages issues and changes from the clients’ viewpoint, proactively managing the day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction
+ Contract Management and owns the contract change process as part of contract management and maintenance
+ P& L ownership both revenue and cost
What You Bring:
Required:
+ 10 years infrastructure service delivery transformation leadership, preferably in the managed services environment
+ Transformation expertise is areas such as: the implementation of proper enterprise architecture across diverse providers, the implementation of sophisticated AI-driven workflows among the providers, the implementation of an enterprise data management platform and processes.
+ Proactive thinker with a track record of leading proactive service solutions
+ Bring diverse knowledge of core infrastructure technology such as enterprise architecture, cloud, networking, AI, SIAM, ITIL, ITSM drive transformation.
+ P&L management and /or ownership of both revenue and cost including ability to manage client expectations with managing aggressive delivery budget – revenue and profitability
+ Proven track record delivering IT services that comply with client contracts (SLA/OLA’s)
+ US Citizen and/or Green Card holder per ITAR policy
Desired:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, End User Services
