Position Summary:
Delivers Level 1 and 2 technical assistance for hardware, software, and network systems, both onsite and remotely. Performs troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, manages ticketing system, and ensures systems remain fully functional. Focuses on configuring devices, supporting end users, and creating clear documentation for issue resolution.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and peripheral malfunctions.
2. Performing repairs and calibration of computer and network equipment with a focus on safety and functionality.
3. Preparing written materials for support and communication.
4. Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support both remotely and in person.
5. Managing telephone support and assisting users with issues such as logins, printing, and software functionality.
6. Installing and configuring hardware and software in a Windows environment, keeping systems operational.
7. Managing a ticketing system and documenting call issues.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
* High school diploma
* 3 years of directly related experience
_Preferred:_
* Associate’s degree in a directly related field
