Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager, MT SC ERP Business Platform End User Enablement. This position is open to be based out of any Medtech site within NA.
The **Manager** , **MT SC ERP Business Platform End User Enablement** will be a part of the MedTech SC Digital organization that thru global business transformation initiatives will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MEDTECH ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data, while enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
This role will be part of the Solutions Management organization, a team that is focused on supporting business operations, enhancement and improvements that will fundamentally oversee the ongoing evolution of the MedTech ERP platform, from deployment to long-term sustainability.
The role will report into the Senior Director, MD SC ERP Support and Solutions and fundamentally be accountable for supporting the live market end user community. Specifically, this role will work closely with business partners to ensure the ongoing enablement, training, awareness and adoption of the platform end user community. This role will also be responsible for the ongoing sustainment of the existing business platform users’ persona-based training structure in learning platforms mobilized for the MT TranSCend deployments thru close partnership with the MT TranSCend global business adoption team. Furthermore, this role will focus on helping to maintain and evolve the training and enablement tools and framework that supports a multi-region, cross functional end user community. Lastly, this role will also partner closely with deployment teams and the Operate State team on persona-based security provisioning process and will partner closely with program teams to ensure a well-execute transition occurs from deployment hypercare to operate state.
This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, execution of transformative initiatives, ERP platform support needs and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and process owners.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and deploy ongoing business user platform enablement and adoption framework for existing platform business users thru robust end to end user enablement methodology (training, engagement, etc.)
+ Ensure existing MT SC ERP platform user community is engaged and made aware of platform status, capabilities being delivered, changes and enhancements thru super user engagement
+ Support the platform enhancement and continuous improvement intake process via ensuring end user enablement is delivered as part of improvement or enhancement delivery
+ Partner closely with the operate state team and the global business adoption team to leverage approaches, channels and materials to ensure the business platform community is aware of and ready to adopt platform enhancements and capabilities.
+ Establish and support a business super user forum to engage the platform Super-User Network and serve as a conduit of information between the business platform users and the MedTech ERP operate state team across process, technology and data
+ Develop and deploy globally supported and standardized approaches to the ongoing sustainment of persona-based training curriculums leveraging the training platforms mobilized to support the MT TranSCend deployment roadmap.
+ Partner closely with the Learning Management System (LMS) Admin teams to ensure that training frameworks and methodologies continuously evolve to support ongoing deployments as well as operate state user onboarding
+ Support a global persona-based security role design and maintenance process that is implemented and governed thru robust persona-based design controls and governance
+ Help ensure smooth transitions between program deployment hypercare and operate state
Qualifications
+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree **required** ; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable
+ **Requires** a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
+ **Requires** a minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of ERP platform support and/or transformation experience in a healthcare or health services industry is **preferred**
+ **Requires** strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain training and enablement tools and methodologies
+ Good interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
+ Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders
+ Certification in areas of expertise (training development and delivery, SAP Enable Now.) is **preferred**
+ Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies **preferred**
+ Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates **preferred**
+ Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments **required**
+ Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders **required**
+ Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise **highly preferred**
+ **Requires** Travel: up to 25% domestic and international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
100,000- 172,500.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
