    ROLE SUMMARY

    Within the U.S. CMO, the Supply Path Manager of Programmatic will be part of the Performance Media team. The role will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of the programmatic media buying process, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across a wide array of portfolio brands and accounts. This role will specifically focus on the supply side of the programmatic buying process, ensuring that Pfizer media activity will deliver ads across high-quality, relevant inventory. Key areas of focus include supply partner management, inventory optimization, supply side reporting, and strategic collaboration with in-house programmatic buying team.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Support supply-side strategies for portfolio of brands across consumer and HCP media activity.

    + Own relationships with supply-side platforms and publishers to control where Pfizer campaigns are delivering media.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for the creation and implementation of private marketplace and programmatic guaranteed deals.

    + Run regular supply path analyses to influence SPO recommendations.

    + Monitor programmatic bid stream to identify unnecessary intermediaries and improve operational efficiencies.

    + Partner with Programmatic and Media Measurement teams on supply-side optimization recommendation to help improve KPIs.

    + Oversee implementation of supply-side transparency tools to ensure transparency and validity of inventory.

    + Collaborate with programmatic brand leads on reporting and analytics.

    + Spearhead Pfizer's ad sustainability efforts to reduce carbon emissions and develop long-term roadmap for sustainability measurement.

    + Optimize ad quality settings to ensure inventory adjacent aligns with Pfizer standards.

    + Stay up to date with programmatic trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to develop roadmap for supply path innovation.

    + Cross-network education and information sharing to reinforce portfolio supply path process and best practices.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    + Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience

    + Digital media planning/buying background, including a full understanding of the video and programmatic landscape.

    + Deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, including in-platform "hands-on" expertise.

    + Extensive supply-side experience.

    + Experience leading relationships with external partners, agencies, clients, in-house teams, and brand teams.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment across a variety of cross-functional marketing teams.

    + Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly to a wide variety of audiences.

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + BA/BS preferred

    + 4+ years of agency, platform, vendor, and/or client-side experience.

    + Pharmaceutical experience with an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing guidelines and restrictions (consumer and HCP).

    + Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on partnership performance.

    + Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102,900.00 to $171,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
