ROLE SUMMARY
Within the U.S. CMO, the Senior Manager of Programmatic will be part of the Performance Media team. The role will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of the programmatic media planning and buying process, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across a wide array of portfolio brands and accounts. More specifically, this position will serve as a strategic partner to brand Integrated Media leads to drive business outcomes and make sure Pfizer programmatic buys ladder up to business objectives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align programmatic media efforts with overall business objectives.
+ Oversee work for a team of programmatic Managers, guiding the implementation of DTC and HCP programmatic campaigns.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
+ Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to identify target audiences, develop segments, and optimize campaign performance.
+ Integrate portfolio diversity initiatives into programmatic buying processes.
+ Manage relationships with programmatic platforms, vendors, and media agency of record.
+ Stay up to date with programmatic trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
+ Assist with digital partnership agreements across key platforms, publishers, and data partners to secure optimal terms and inventory access.
+ Establish ways of working with internal integrated media teams, brand marketers, CMO cross-functional teams, and external agencies.
+ Cross-network education and information sharing to reinforce portfolio programmatic process and best practices.
+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key supply-side platforms, publishers, and ad exchanges.
+ Partner with key stakeholders to improve digital activation timelines and processes.
+ Lead ad quality improvement efforts, ensuring paid media delivers in fraud-free optimal environments.
+ Work with key partners to develop programmatic QBRs for portfolio distribution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
+ BA/BS required.
+ 6+ years of agency or client-side experience.
+ Cross-channel media planning/buying background, including a full understanding of the video and programmatic landscape.
+ Deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms.
+ Experience leading relationships with external partners, agencies, clients, in-house teams, and brand teams.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment across a variety of cross-functional marketing teams.
+ Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Pharmaceutical experience with an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing guidelines and restrictions (consumer and HCP).
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on partnership performance.
+ Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards.
+ Experience participating in video upfront process.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
