    Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

    We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team in Austin, TX. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial modeling, business intelligence tools (especially Power BI), and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all departments.

    + Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.

    + Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

    + Partner with business units to understand key drivers of performance and support operational efficiency.

    + Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus.

    + Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and investors.

    + Support M&A analysis, scenario planning, and ad hoc financial projects.

    + Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.

    + 2+ years managing staff.

    + Advanced proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau is a strong plus.

    + Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

    + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Adaptive) is a plus.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
