About this role
The Insight Client Success Team is seeking an Onboarding Manager with a background in alternatives to work on onboarding our Limited Partner (LP) clients. The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding activities, building positive relationships at various levels within client’s organization and developing and monitoring project plans to ensure key milestones are met. Coordinate the acquisition of client data and ensure proper and timely setup including testing of the data within our software. Manage project teams combining individuals from various teams internally.
**Insight Client Success** team is committed to delivering a unique experience to Insight clients by understanding their needs and constantly working on improving and evolving Insight product/service delivery mix to successfully meet them.
Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding Insight clients on all data collection services.
Insight Client Success team is part of Private Data Services within Aladdin Data.
**The Aladdin Business** is comprised of 1,200+ professionals responsible for implementing and supporting Aladdin clients, sales and marketing, and ensuring the Aladdin Community maximizes Aladdin products through engagement and education.
In this role you will be responsible for:
•Onboarding project plan set-up and update.
•Client Kick-Off Meeting and obtaining initial fund onboarding list;
•GP Onboarding & communication plan;
•Monitor & troubleshoot initial data collection cycles;
•Initial CF & NAV upload and reconciliation;
•Educating clients on how to use the product – initial product demo, ongoing training on newly added features;
•Supporting integration of data from Insight with other eFront and Aladdin products if applicable;
•Collecting client feedback on the service and product and taking necessary actions;
•Communicating with product and engineering teams to propose/test new features/enhancements, report and fix product bugs;
•Addressing or escalating issues that impact service delivery and client satisfaction to Head of Client Onbaording and other PDS Leads as appropriate for all issues to be resolved timely, effectively and efficiently;
•Providing regular status updates and other internal reporting.
**Other Responsibilities** :
•Educated to a minimum of degree level in Finance, Economics, or Technology related fields
•Previous experience in a financial technology firm working in implementation or relationship management teams or in an investment firm in data management. Experience in alternatives industry will be a plus.
•Self-starter with the ability to work unguided in a fast paced and dynamic environment
•Ability to multi-task and reprioritize activities daily
•Excellent presentation skills, energetic and dynamic personality
•Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
For Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$90,000.00 - USD$120,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
