    Job Description

    The primary purpose of this position is to source and hire exceptional provider candidates to promote organizational growth. The Provider Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

     

    Education And Credentials

     

    Bachelor's Degree required.

    Experience

    6 months of experience with Physician/provider recruitment preferred. Microsoft Outlook 2003, Alphabetical Record Filing Skills, Microsoft Excel 2000- Normal User, Microsoft Word 2010- Normal User, Microsoft PowerPoint 2003- Normal User, ADP, Smartsheet.
