•** **What You’ll Do:

As a Behavioral Health RN, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of patients facing emotional, psychological, or psychiatric challenges. You’ll:

+ Manage a caseload of patients with empathy and clinical excellence

+ Create and evolve care plans based on real-time assessments

+ Provide in-home care focused on both **mental health** and **whole-person wellness**

+ Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and care teams

+ Offer emotional and educational support to patients, families, and caregivers

+ Guide end-of-life discussions and provide bereavement support when needed

+ Coach and mentor peers in behavioral health best practices

• What You Bring:

+ Active, unrestricted **RN license** (state-specific)

+ **1+ year** of clinical nursing experience (Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred)

+ A passion for behavioral wellness and human-centered care

+ Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

+ Willingness to travel locally (up to 50%)

+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

+ Familiarity with **Homecare HomeBase** EMR
