How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The FOS - Propel Analytics is responsible for pulling data, developing reports and analyzing information to guide Propel decision making.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
+ Pull data to develop projections of Propel participant progress through program lifecycle.
+ Develop reports for Propel partner school KPI performance.
+ Maintain tracking reports for participants’ Propel Scholarship and Delta Community Credit Union loan.
+ Support data analysis and projections for new Propel initiatives and programs.
+ Assist in Propel team projects as needed.
This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics or mathematics.
+ Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
+ Experience with report building and presenting data in a logical and clear manner.
+ Possess precise attention to detail.
+ Work collaboratively with others and dedicated to team success.
+ Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with time-critical projects.

+ Basic knowledge of pilot training requirements
+ Experience with SmartSheet
+ Familiarization with Avature
