• Sr. Manager, Data Engineer

    Job Description

    The Senior Manager will oversee the design, construction, and upkeep of the company's data infrastructure and pipelines. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, best practices, and standards for data engineering, encompassing data modeling, integration, quality, and governance. Key responsibilities include ingesting data from various sources and interacting with APIs, which may involve retrieving data from external services, integrating various systems, and ensuring seamless data flow. This person will oversee a small team which includes more task delegation than actual people management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years in data engineering roles.

     

    Experience with complex SQL queries.

     

    Experience with AWS.

     

    Experience with Python.

     

    Experience with Snowflake. Leadership experience.

     

    Java script/ typescript experience. null
