Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Kiln Operator to help their team for several months this summer. As a Kiln Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting the efficient operation of kilns. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Kiln Operator

**Location:** Fulton, MO

**Pay Range:** $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Assist Kiln Operators by performing manual labor to load kilns with refractory products.

+ Operate loaders and lift trucks to transport materials throughout the plant.

+ Weigh and record material accurately.

+ Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling and sweeping.

+ Actively participate in report out and production meetings.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.

+ Experience operating loaders and lift trucks is preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.

+ Willingness to work overtime as required.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
